With minimal time and effort from you, buyers from all over the world will be just a mouse click away from learning about your listing. In most cases we'll have your website created and online within 72 hours of receiving your property information, photos and payment.

Here's how it works:

1. Simply fill out the property details form

2. Send us a check for $99 or pay us through PayPal

3. Send us your photos on a CD or upload them using our easy FTP link*

4. We create your website, publish it to the web, and have it online within 72 hours

* Once payment is received, an FTP user name and password will be forwarded to you, along with instructions for uploading your photos. If you prefer, you can simply burn your photos to a disc and send it to our business address.
